Role & seniority: Senior Software Engineer (Test Engineering/SDET) on Reddit’s QE org
Stack/tools: Android platform; Kotlin; automated testing with Espresso and/or UIAutomator; JetPack Compose (preferred); mobile test frameworks; CI/CD; QA methodologies
Design, develop, and evolve test automation frameworks, tools, and services; drive quality standards across pipelines
Analyze production issues, identify test gaps, and implement systemic automated testing improvements

5+ years in SDET or software engineering for Android; 3+ years Android development
