Kforce has a client seeking a remote Lead Quality Engineer to join their team.
This team develops Android-based hybrid applications for devices that support core operations within the client. Current initiatives include rebuilding the notification system using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose to improve reliability, as well as migrating applications to a new Android device platform.
The role seeks a Lead Quality Engineer to design and implement a scalable mobile automation testing framework, establish testing standards, and mentor the team on automation tools and best practices. The ideal candidate has extensive mobile automation experience, a strong background in leading QA efforts, and the ability to stand up end-to-end testing infrastructure, with Appium as a preferred framework.
7+ years of experience with mobile testing/development Expert in mobile automation testing Experienced with multiple different tools (Appium preferred) Ability to drive and stand up a mobile testing suite from scratch Strong collaboration skills and experience interacting with stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
