Role & seniority: Global PCG Marketing Web Analytics & Testing Analyst (Analyst, mid-level, includes mentoring responsibilities)
Stack/tools: SQL (≥2 yrs), Google Analytics, Google BigQuery; web data reporting and analytics
Oversee assigned complex tasks to completion and collaborate with management
Measure campaign performance and testing program success; run analytics and predictive models to identify improvements
Develop, implement, and recommend solutions to improve marketing campaign efficiency
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
≥2 years SQL experience
Experience with Google Analytics or Google BigQuery
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytics; ability to translate data into creative solutions
Effective time management across multiple projects
Experience with statistical analytics and predictive modeling
Prior mentoring or team-lead exposure

Overview The Global PCG Marketing Web Analytics & Testing Analyst is responsible for the department's web data, reporting analytics and data project oversight. You will help us measure campaign performance, integrates data to uncover areas we can optimizes and measures new plans applying web data. You will help measure our testing programs success, while reporting to the department's Assistant Vice President.
