Job Description
We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead with strong expertise in functional and automation testing, particularly within IVR and contact center technologies. This role requires hands-on leadership, test strategy ownership, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders in an onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Skills
5–8 years of overall QA experience with strong focus on functional and automation testing 3+ years of experience leading QA efforts Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar) Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, Octane) Solid understanding of Agile testing methodologies Experience with REST API automation (RestAssured, Postman, SoapUI) Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Version control tools: Git, Bitbucket Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Domain-Specific Requirements (Must-Have)
