Role & seniority: Manufacturing Test Engineer / Electronics Technician, entry‑level to early‑career (associate degree in electronics required).
Stack/tools: AOI, AXI, Flying Probe, ICT; test software and fixtures; calibration and preventative maintenance; ability to read schematics and technical manuals; training development.
Develop and sustain test/inspection programs for one or more manufacturing test platforms; monitor KPIs and reduce false calls.
Troubleshoot and support test equipment, software, and products; lead calibration and preventive maintenance; support new equipment evaluations.
Lead training and provide technical leadership at the product level; collaborate with planners, supervisors, and sector teams; coordinate with operators/technicians.
Associate degree in electronics (or equivalent) and hands-on AOI/AXI/Flying Probe/ICT experience.
Strong diagnostic skills; ability to work from specifications/manuals; solid verbal/written communication; basic problem solving.
Ability to support build schedules and relate test results to production needs; travel ~5%.
More than 1 year of related experience; experience developing/sustaining test programs; debugging and process improvement for test platforms.
Experience delivering training or operating with vendors.
Manufacturing environment; on-site role; minimal travel (~5%); full-time.
