Salary: $43,100 - $64,700 / year
Role & seniority: Test/Manufacturing Equipment Engineer or Technician (entry to mid-level) responsible for test and inspection programs on manufacturing platforms.
Stack/tools: AOI, AXI, Flying Probe, ICT; test software; debugging and sustaining programs; calibration and preventive maintenance; training materials and instruction creation.
Develop, validate, and sustain test/inspection programs on one or more platforms; ensure program integrity.
Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot test equipment; support root cause failure analysis to reduce downtime.
Lead training, collaborate with planners and supervisors, and support production schedules; provide technical leadership at the product level.
Associate degree in electronics (or equivalent); hands-on electronics experience.
Experience with AOI/AXI/Flying Probe/ICT; strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work from specifications, manuals, schematics; good verbal/written communication; teamwork.
Experience developing/debugging test programs; involvement in training others; vendor training participation; basic project leadership.
Comfort with occasional travel (~5%).
