Role & seniority: Electronics/Manufacturing Test Engineer or Technician (entry to mid level; Associate degree preferred), onsite.
Stack/tools: AOI, AXI, Flying Probe, ICT; test equipment and software; calibration/maintenance tools; ability to read schematics, manuals, and specifications.
Develop and sustain test/inspection programs for manufacturing test platforms; improve program capability while controlling false calls.
Troubleshoot/debug test equipment, software, and products; lead calibration and preventative maintenance; support root-cause analysis to reduce downtime.
Lead or contribute to training (Specific Function Training, build instructions) and collaborate with planners, supervisors, and sector teams to meet production priorities.
Associate degree in electronics (or equivalent) and hands-on experience with AOI/AXI/Flying Probe/ICT.
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to interpret specifications, manuals, schematics; solid verbal/written communication.
Able to work in a manufacturing environment and support production schedules.
Experience leading training or tech transfer; vendor training participation.
Prior involvement in test program validation, engineering changes, or new equipment evaluations.
Ability to lead reactive maintenance and test/program acceptance initiatives.
