Salary: $46,200 - $69,200 / year
Role & seniority: Electronics-focused Test/Inspections Technician or Test Engineer (mid-level), 2+ years of related experience preferred.
Stack/tools: AOI, AXI, Flying Probe, ICT; test equipment and test software; calibration and preventive maintenance; vendor training as needed.
Develop and sustain test/inspection programs for one or more manufacturing test platforms; monitor KPIs and reduce false calls.
Support internal/external customers, provide technical leadership at the product level, and align with production schedules.
Troubleshoot/debug test equipment and software, perform root cause analysis, implement solutions, and lead equipment calibration/maintenance.
Associate degree in electronics (required); electronics/related degree preferred.
2+ years of hands-on experience with AOI, AXI, Flying Probe, ICT; strong diagnostic abilities.
Intermediate verbal/written communication; basic teamwork; ability to work with planners and supervisors.
Experience developing/testing programs and engineering changes while maintaining program integrity.
Training development (Specific Function Training, Build Instructions) and vendor-based training experience.
Ability to support challenging build schedules and contribute to root-cause failure analyses.
