Perform tests on multiple product lines. In-depth troubleshooting, problem resolution across multiple products, ability to guide others in issue resolution. (40%) Ensure accuracy of records, ability to improve test procedures, initiation of ECRs, mentoring documentation practices. (20%) Train peers, certify training, onboarding effectiveness. (10%) Calibration, minor repairs, fabrication/modification of test hardware, preventive maintenance. (15%) Facilitation of huddles, delegation, communication of priorities, team influence. Associate degree related to Electronics, Engineering, Technology or a related field HS Diploma/ GED Required 5+ years’ experience in a related field during which time, a good working knowledge of typical lab instrumentation, lab test equipment, proper testing techniques, and safety awareness has been learned Familiarity with ESD practices Must have good organizational skills and be accurate with details Able to multitask, communicate well, and train others as needed Strong team player who can interface with a variety of groups Excellent record of attendance and reliability Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
