Role & seniority: Quality Assurance Intern (temporary); student-level, entry to mid learning phase.
Stack/tools: Lean principles; Six Sigma; TPM; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Support Supervisors/Team Leaders in applying Lean; assist with daily management and continuous-improvement docs.
Create/update Work Instructions, 6 Sigma/TPM documents; participate in manufacturing engineering projects.
Provide administrative support and assist with time studies; interact with other departments as needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
Ability to work under ITAR/EAR regulations.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Location & work type: Manchester, CT; on-site (100% in-office/manufacturing plant environment).

The Quality Assurance Intern role is a temporary role for students pursuing an education in quality. This role will learn while working on real-life quality projects, also providing administrative support.
Location: Manchester, CT
This role will be onsite 100% of the time.
