Strong experience of testing processes, test automation, & testing tools. Strong leadership in Test Processes, Strategic Planning, Test Automation and Test Tools. Expertise in managing end to end Testing processes ensuring high quality deliverables. Expert in developing and implementing comprehensive Test strategies, Test Plan. Oversee Test execution, Validate Test Results and ensure thorough Documentation of Test outcomes Expert at developing test strategies, test cases, evaluating scripts, and putting them to use. Establish and maintain communication channels between the business shareholders, testers, developers, and management. Identifying and managing testing related risks, analysing them, preparing and implementing mitigation plans. Should have proven experience managing SAP / ERP projects as a test manager.
