  • Drive net-new revenue and grow defined existing accounts across India and SE Asia; build/protect a healthy pipeline.

  • Lead full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, closing, handover) and maintain multi-level customer relationships (engineering, QA, DevOps, product, leadership).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer value; identify opportunities across the Perforce portfolio and engage appropriate sales teams; partner engagement to drive joint opportunities.

Must-have skills

  • 2+ years software sales experience (preferably testing/DevOps or adjacent tech); track record of new logo acquisition.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; data-driven pipeline/forecast analysis.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM; ability to manage pipeline health and deal progress.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience selling testing solutions, CI/CD tooling, or DevOps platforms.

  • Prior experience with APJ channel partners; familiarity with BlazeMeter, Perfecto, or similar performance/mobile testing tech.

Position Summary

Perforce is seeking a high-impact Account Executive to drive growth across India and Southeast Asia within our industry-leading Testing portfolio, focused primarily on BlazeMeter and Perfecto. This is a strategic hunting role with responsibility for developing new business, expanding relationships within selected existing accounts, and identifying opportunities across the broader Perforce portfolio. The ideal candidate has proven experience selling software solutions—preferably testing technologies—into the India and Southeast Asia markets, with strong business development instincts and the ability to work collaboratively with partners, technical teams, and cross-portfolio sales specialists. Key Responsibilities

New Business & Account Growth · Drive net-new revenue across India and Southeast Asia for BlazeMeter, Perfecto, and adjacent testing offerings. · Manage and grow a defined set of existing accounts while prioritizing new customer acquisition. · Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, outbound activity, and strategic account planning. Customer Engagement & Sales Execution

· Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, closing, and handover. · Develop strong, long-term customer relationships at multiple levels—including engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and leadership. · Understand customer needs deeply and communicate the value of Perforce testing solutions clearly and effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration · Work closely with solution engineers, product specialists, and global colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences. · Identify opportunities across the wider Perforce product portfolio and introduce relevant sales teams for collaborative selling. Partner Engagement · Engage with existing partners in Singapore, India, and Southeast Asia to drive joint opportunities. · Support the acquisition of new partners where strategically beneficial for regional growth. Operational Excellence · Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasts, and reporting within Salesforce. · Contribute insights to sales strategy development, market planning, and competitive positioning. \n

Requirements Singapore Permanent Residency (PR) — sponsorship is not available for this role. Proven experience selling into India and Southeast Asia. 2+ years of software sales experience, preferably in testing, DevOps, or adjacent technical markets. Demonstrated success in hunting and acquiring new logos. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems. Ability to analyze pipeline, opportunity health, and deal progress using data‑driven insights.

Nice to Have Experience selling testing solutions, CI/CD tooling, or DevOps platforms. Prior experience collaborating with channel partners in APJ. Familiarity with BlazeMeter, Perfecto, or similar performance and mobile testing technologies.
