Role & seniority: Robotics Software Validation Technician (mid-level)
Stack/tools: Robotics automation systems; PLCs (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley); troubleshooting and diagnostic tools (multimeters, PLC interfaces); mechanical/electrical/control systems; sensors, conveyors, pneumatics; familiarity with FANUC, ABB, KUKA, or Yaskawa preferred
Install, configure, calibrate robotic systems and related machinery; perform preventive maintenance
Program, troubleshoot, and support PLCs; read schematics and wiring diagrams; diagnose control, electrical, and software issues
Provide on-site and remote technical support; document procedures, train operators, and maintain service records; collaborate with engineers
Associate degree or technical certification in Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field
2+ years hands-on robotics/automation experience
Strong mechanical/electrical/control systems knowledge; diagnostic tools proficiency
