Role & seniority: Lead / Senior Systems Design Engineer
Stack/tools: C/C++, Perl, Ruby, Python; lab equipment (protocol/logic analyzers, oscilloscopes); board/platform-level debugging; software/hardware modeling frameworks; memory-domain focus (GDDR7) for AMD DGPUs
Drive technical innovation across validation, including tool/script development and validation methodology
Create and execute validation test plans and coverage reporting
Debug issues during bring-up, validation, and production phases; coordinate with multiple teams to validate and optimize features on schedule
Programming/scripting in C/C++, Perl, Ruby, Python
Debug techniques and methodologies; extensive lab and board/platform debugging experience
Experience with protocol/logic analyzers, oscilloscopes; system architecture and validation strategy
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, self-starter with proven task ownership
Experience with memory-domain validation for GPUs; GDDR7 qualification
Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and multiple-team leadership
Background in modeling frameworks
