Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester with solid experience in ERP and CRM systems within the banking domain. The role involves ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of banking systems by performing comprehensive testing activities across functional, integration, and regression levels. The ideal candidate will have strong business understanding of banking processes, excellent testing skills, and experience working in regulated financial environments. Key Responsibilities Analyze business and functional requirements related to ERP and CRM banking systems. Design, prepare, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts. Collaborate closely with business users, developers, and project managers. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-production validation. Prepare test reports, defect summaries, and test closure documents. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. +5 years of experience in software testing (ERP & CRM preferred).
