Role & seniority: Platform Hosting & Engineering (Senior-level) within the Systems Engineering family; emphasis on automation and reliability across hosting services.
Stack/tools: Itential Automation Platform; Ansible (playbooks/roles); APIs, JSON, YAML; Git-based version control; CI/CD; infrastructure as code; cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP); monitoring/observability tools; ITSM/change automation; knowledge of Cisco/Juniper/Palo Alto/Arista/F5 is a plus.
Design, build, and maintain automated network workflows using Itential.
Develop and support Ansible automation for network/infrastructure tasks; integrate with APIs, devices, cloud, and monitoring.
Apply DevOps practices (versioning, CI/CD, IaC), troubleshoot production automation, and collaborate across network, security, and platform teams.
8+ years in DevOps, Network Engineering, or Automation
Hands-on Itential experience
Strong Ansible automation
Enterprise networking knowledge (routing, switching, WAN, security)
API/JSON/YAML, Git version control
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps workflows
Python scripting
Automation of network vendors (Cisco/Juniper/Palo Alto/Arista/F5)
Cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP)
