Role & seniority: Senior Platform Hosting & Engineering technical lead within Systems Engineering
Stack/tools: Itential Automation Platform; Ansible (playbooks/roles); APIs, JSON, YAML; Git-based version control; CI/CD; Infrastructure as Code; enterprise networking (routing, switching, WAN, security); cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Design, build, and maintain automated network workflows using Itential
Develop and support Ansible automation for network and infrastructure tasks; automate provisioning, changes, validation
Integrate automation with APIs, network devices, cloud platforms, and monitoring; ensure production reliability and document solutions
8+ years of related experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent
Hands-on Itential Automation Platform experience
Strong Ansible automation, enterprise networking knowledge, API/JSON/YAML proficiency
Git version control; familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps workflows
Python scripting; experience automating Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Arista, or F5 gear
Cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP); monitoring/observability tools
