Job Description

As a Sr Automation Tester, he/she should be responsible to work with Functional Test Team, and Technical Leads for automating Test scripts and developing required Test Tools. He/She will be responsible for understanding the Functional requirements and create the Automation strategy. Perform analysis/review the functional requirements and automating regression test scripts. Prioritize the ones which can be executed based on the business need, Sr. Automation Test lead he/she should be involved in the planning, monitoring, and control of the test automation scope and report the Application and capabilities.

Other Responsibilities

Is responsible to interact with functional Test Team understand the domain and applications and develop the Test automation accordingly. Design, develop, execute and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using tools such as TOSCA and Selenium and TestNG Should have excellent troubleshooting skills. He/She should perform functional, regression and Integration automation. Manage Testing Scope, SLAs (if any), Communication, Risk & Issues etc. Analyze and report on the automation test results, identifying and diagnosing defects, issues, and risks. Collaborate with developers, technical analysts, and other stakeholders to provide automation testing solutions and recommendations. Establish and follow automation testing best practices, standards, and methodologies. Conduct automation testing research and keep up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and tools in the automation testing domain. Knowledgeable in testing concepts, techniques, and metrics such as response time, throughput, scalability, reliability, and resource utilization Experienced in automating Healthcare Reports

Skill Set Required

8-12 years of Experience in Automation Testing extensively worked on Agile Methodology. Familiar with TOSCA & Selenium, Cucumber and TestNG Familiar with scripting languages such as Java, SQL, XML, and scripting languages Added advantage healthcare concepts and FACETS or QNxt products To identify the scope of the testing required for a particular release based on the functional requirements document. Proficient in automation testing tools such as TOSCA, Cucumber, TestNG, or Robot Framework. Knowledgeable in automation testing concepts, techniques, and metrics such as test coverage, test cases, test plans, test reports, and defect management. Experienced in automation testing various types of applications and systems such as Healthcare reports. Able to analyze and interpret automation test data and Reports Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting. Team player, collaborative, and customer-oriented Understand Software Test Life Cycle and associated Processes Interact with customers /SME’s/Stakeholders for Demo/Presentation as needed. Perform the review of the Automation defects and ensure that the proper defect guidelines are followed as agreed upon with the client.
