OVERVIEW

Location: Don Mueang, Bangkok

Department: Ops QA

Entity: Thai AirAsia

Status: Full-time YOUR ROLE AS AN OFFICER, QUALITY ASSURANCE PERFORMANCE In this role, you will directly support the Lead Auditor Manager by handling end-to-end audit administration and data management. Your primary responsibilities include issuing formal audit notices covering scope, schedules, and logistics at least 30 days in advance. Additionally, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of audit data: monitoring and collecting information to produce documented findings and formal reports.

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION

  • Monitor and update the audit calendar in conjunction with the Quality Assurance for yearly/monthly/weekly schedules to meet operational requirements and ensure accurate statistics are captured in the database.
  • Focus and follow the associated Audit/Inspection and Non-Conformity Reports and verify Corrective and Preventive Actions.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Manager concerning the ongoing development of the Quality System, Quality Assurance procedures, and associated documentation.
  • Keep all Quality Assurance, Audit, and Inspection records.
  • Inform planning personnel or the department of any change and update the department’s records accordingly.
  • Submit yearly reports of audit status and findings.
  • Conduct any other duties as and when required by the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in airline operations will be an advantage.
  • Having a background in the aviation industry and airline operations knowledge is a plus
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficient in computer literacy; MS Office & G-suite.
  • Have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills.
