In the role of Audit Manager, you’ll join NAB’s Internal Audit Quality Assurance team that’s focused on winning together, working collaboratively to drive practical improvements to audit delivery.

Each Day You Will Go Above And Beyond To

Execute quality assurance and file reviews across audits, applying strong professional judgement. Document Quality Assurance outcomes, themes, and improvement actions. Provide practical feedback and coaching to audit teams to uplift quality, judgement and capability. Track and monitor remediation of quality issues. Prepare concise quality insights for Audit leadership and governance forums. Use data analytics, and AI enabled tools to enhance quality assurance insights, trend analysis, and reporting.

What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated understanding of Internal Audit, Professional Standards and Quality Assurance Programs. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Experience using data and analytics to drive insights. Experienced industry or professional services risk or audit professional .
