Role & seniority: Senior Test Engineer (product development, firmware interaction focus)
Stack/tools: Lab/test benches for large-scale power electronics; test planning/automation; knowledge of 3-phase power conversion; UL1778 and IEC62040 (plus) familiarity; collaboration with FW and V&V teams
Define, plan, and execute module- and system-level tests with FW team; manage estimates, methodology, coverage, schedules, and resources
Prepare test stations, run lab activities, report results, and act as interface to firmware stakeholders
Guide junior test engineers, contribute to new test methodologies, and drive efficiency improvements with FW and System V&V
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, technology management, marine engineering, or equivalent
Proven experience planning and conducting tests with attention to detail; failure mode analysis
Experience testing/validating power electronics or large-scale systems; lab/test setup proficiency
Knowledge of UL1778 & IEC62040; 3-phase power conversion
Understanding firmware development and HW interaction (not required)
