Role & seniority: Quality/Project role at a mid-level position supporting automotive/electric vehicle projects; team lead for complaints resolution

Stack/tools: Automotive quality tools (8D, PPAP, APQP, FMEA); quality metrics (PPM, incidents, NCC); MS Office/PC skills; English proficiency

Top 3 responsibilities

  1. Translate customer requirements into production processes and support EV project development/implementation

  2. Evaluate/report quality indicators; lead resolution of internal/external complaints; monitor and improve quality targets

  3. Risk assessment from a product quality perspective; implement preventive/corrective actions; collaborate with teams

Must-have skills

  • Technical secondary education

  • Experience in project management (a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of automotive quality processes

  • Communicative English; strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior project-management experience

  • Automotive industry quality-tool fluency beyond basics

  • Location & work type: Ostrava, Czech Republic (CZ); on-site with flexible working hours; 37.5 hours/week; additional benefits and annual bonuses per contract

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE

Communicating with customers and translating customer requirements into production processes Collaborating on the development and implementation of new projects for electric vehicles Evaluating and reporting quality indicators (PPM, incidents, NCC) Working with quality tools used in the automotive industry (8D, PPAP, APQP, FMEA) Evaluating risks from a product quality perspective and proposing preventive and corrective measures Leading a team responsible for resolving internal and external complaints Monitoring quality targets, implementing measures to achieve them and evaluating the effectiveness of measures

WE REQUIRE

Secondary education – ideally in a technical field Experience in project management – an advantage Good knowledge of the quality process in the automotive industry Communicative knowledge of English PC skills Initiative, ability to work under pressure Organisational skills, independence in problem solving, flexibility Communication skills, assertive behaviour
