ABOUT US GG Cables and Wires Bulgaria EOOD is a part of the global Austrian business group Gebauer and Griller which operates in the automotive industry by developing and producing technically advanced high-quality cables and wiring systems for energy and data transmission. Our focus is on e-mo­bil­ity, au­tonomous driving and dig­i­tal­iza­tion which are the most important drivers of in­no­va­tion and de­vel­op­ment in our in­dus­try. We are looking for а dedicated and result-oriented Quality engineer to join our expanding team. As a part of our Quality team you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes and products.

YOUR TASKS

• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure products meet regulatory and company standards.

• Prepare and maintain internal quality documents for the client (PPAP file) and work closely with Engineering department in the implementation of the PFMEA.

• Carry out analysis of quality control in production and customer complaints, 8D response.

• Carry out document control, keep up to date all work instructions and other quality department documents.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, to implement quality improvements and resolve any quality-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections.

• Maintain comprehensive records of quality issues, improvement initiatives, and compliance audits.

• YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Preferable 2 years of experience in a quality role.

• Good knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills (writing/speaking) in English.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
