About the Department At the Quality Tire Testing team, we aim to ensure that tire testing, measurement systems, and quality assurance processes are reliable, compliant, and aligned with customer and business requirements. Mission In this role, you will: Ensure conformity of tire testing and test reports throughout the entire testing process, enabling timely release of validated results Identify, assess, and control risks related to testing, measurement, and customer satisfaction Ensure effective quality control contributing to the qualification of measurement and testing processes (PMEs) Manage claims, non-conformities, and performance shifts with appropriate responsiveness and efficiency Conduct root cause analysis and ensure resolution of non-conformities at activity level Ensure application of quality assurance measures in workshop and testing areas, including local referentials and quality plans Guarantee qualification and sustainability of personnel competencies impacting measurement and testing activities Reinforce Quality Approach practices through continuous attention to customer needs Who We Are Looking For Required Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Quality, Measurement, or any related fields) Understanding in quality assurance, testing, measurement, or industrial environments Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills High attention to detail, rigor, and compliance Ability to manage non-conformities, risks, and corrective actions Good communication skills in Thai and English Preferred Knowledge of quality assurance frameworks, standards, or audit processes Michelin, the leading tire company, is dedicated to sustainably improving the mobility of goods and people by manufacturing and marketing tires and services for every type of vehicle, including airplanes, automobiles, bicycles/motorcycles, earthmovers, farm equipment and trucks.
