In dieser Rolle trägst du massgeblich zur Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsstandards bei und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Fertigungsprozesse. Das kannst du bewirken • Bearbeitung von Nichtkonformitäten, Reklamationen und potenziellen Risiken mittels strukturierter Problemlösungsmethoden • Sicherstellung der zeitnahen Identifikation, Untersuchung und Behebung von Qualitätsabweichungen • Koordination der involvierten Teams bei Ursachenanalysen sowie Umsetzung wirksamer Korrektur- und Vorbeugemassnahmen • Unterstützung des Quality Engineers bei fortgeschrittenen Qualitätssicherungsmassnahmen • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessen und Qualitätssystemen zur Fehlervermeidung in Produktion und Lieferung • Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Korrekturmassnahmen • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen sowie Bereitstellung datengestützter Erkenntnisse zur Verbesserung unserer Fertigungsprozesse und Reduktion von Fehlern Das bringst du mit • Technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Qualitätssicherung, Produktion oder Messtechnik • Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Qualitätsstandards und regulatorischen Vorgaben • Analytisches Denken, Genauigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein • Teamorientierte, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Mehr über uns Bei uns arbeitest du in einem internationalen Umfeld, in dem Vielfalt, Zusammenarbeit und gegenseitige Unterstützung entscheidend sind.
