Proctor exams (e.g., SENMC BIOL 2210/2225, CDL TABE), manage paper-based exams and accommodations, recruit/maintain backup proctors
Administrative/testing-center duties (respond to email/voicemail, prepare and track Testing Payment Summary Forms, scan and email completed forms, assist day-to-day Testing Center procedures)
Maintain testing environment (cleaning/ upkeep of testing room and waiting area, maintain supplies, update workstations)
Strong written and oral communication

Purpose And Scope
Under general supervision provides information and registration materials on various national tests and assists in test administration including the ordering, maintenance and security of test materials.
Duties And Responsibilities
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Demonstrate written and oral communication skills. Technical knowledge is used for test score interpretation and using an array of equipment from scantron machines to computer software for the generation of the generation of score transcripts, broad knowledge of test security. Demonstrate ability to work independently and as a team. Some clerical or administrative experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of general office machines and telephone system. Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others. High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information. Excellent customer service skills.
