Location: We are seeking candidates from LATAM who speak English and Spanish fluently. Responsibilities Design and execute manual test cases for voice, NLU, and IVA features in English and Spanish. Validate speech recognition accuracy, conversational flows, and voice-enabled user interactions. Analyze transcripts, speech samples, and real-world scenarios to identify and document defects. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA automation engineers to clarify requirements and reproduce issues. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across mobile, web, and smart devices. Review automated test suite results and support automation engineers by running or troubleshooting scripts when needed. Document defects with detailed evidence and maintain traceability of test coverage. Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and contribute to QA process improvements. Communicate test results and status clearly in both English and Spanish.
