Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Voice AI Agent applications and backend services
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of voice interactions; validate ASR, NLU, and TTS performance
Prepare/maintain test docs; identify/track defects; support API testing and UAT; collaborate with developers, PMs, and senior QA engineers
Must-have skills
Bachelorβs degree in CS/SE/IT or related field
1β3 years in software QA/testing; experience writing/executing test cases and QA docs
Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, Postman; basic understanding of ASR, NLU, TTS
Good problem-solving, attention to detail, strong communication
Ability to learn new testing techniques and Voice AI concepts
Nice-to-haves
Exposure to Bot Testing Tools (e.g., Botium); basic scripting (Python/JavaScript)
Experience with API testing/automation; agile development experience

QA Engineer (Voice Agents) We are looking for a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with a passion for delivering high-quality Voice AI Agent Software. In this role, you will support testing efforts across Voice AI components such as Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and Text-to-Speech (TTS), Workflow and Automation while also contributing to test documentation preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with up to 3 years of QA experience to deepen their skills in the fast-growing Voice AI space.
Part-time: 20 hours/week
