Role & seniority: Account Manager (5+ years in IT sales, cybersecurity preferred); proactive partner growth leader focused on Qatar territory.
Stack/tools: Westcon-Comstor digital tools; CRM/operational tools including Dynamic365, Sales View, Freshdesk, workflow tools; coordination with Channel Management, Presales, Marketing, Backoffice.
Proactively grow and develop Partners, including strategy development and opportunity identification to meet quotas.
Manage partner accounts: negotiate/close deals, maintain relationships, provide product updates, and drive adoption of digital tools.
Coordinate cross-functionally (Internal teams and Vendors) to support partner needs, forecast sales, and ensure delivery/execution excellence.
5+ years in sales/account management in IT, cybersecurity preferred.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM and sales/marketing processes; accurate data capture, forecasting, and reporting.
Business acumen, competitive awareness, multitasking, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with vendor/product portfolios and market research.
