As part of our team, we will count on you to... take part in large business and IT projects as a Test Manager, plan and implement test-related processes/activities, prepare and implement test strategy, create test plans, support and coordinate preparation for tests (e.g. ensuring the appropriate test data, test environment(s), test cases/scenarios are available), set up and manage test cases and bugs in test management tools (e.g. Jira), define metrics for monitoring and controlling test activities, monitor and report test progress and bug fixing to relevant stakeholders and forums, identify, assess and mitigate risks, handle escalations, resolve issues and ensure timely actions, keep contact and collaborate with other stakeholders and workstreams within projects, continuously improve and optimise test-related processes, lead and manage test/QA team.
This is a perfect opportunity for you, if you have… university or college degree specialized in Economics with strong interest in IT and/or degree in IT with strong interest in Economics, 3-5 years’ relevant experience in IT organization role, preferably in a Test Manager role, a deep understanding of testing methodologies and hands-on experience in their application, experience in SAP testing (preferred), practical experience with test management tools and preferably test automation tools, experience in test environment management, good conceptual skills (understanding of complex scenarios and developing creative solutions), strong English skills and Hungarian native language knowledge (is a must), ability and willingness to learn and deliver in a challenging environment, strong analytical and presentation skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills and creativity, strong client and stakeholder management skills and proactive personality.
