Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years in web analytics and testing
Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, and Google BigQuery
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment; strong analytical ability
Change management experience; problem-solving and cross-functional coordination
Nice-to-haves
Project/program management experience or certifications
Experience guiding analysts/project managers; vendor management exposure
