Job Summary This role involves assessing telemarketing sales calls to ensure quality and compliance with company standards, providing feedback and coaching to sales agents, and delivering training on key sales techniques. It includes analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement, collaborating with the sales team to refine strategies, and tracking the effectiveness of training through KPIs and agent feedback.

Responsibilities

  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Review and assess telemarketing sales calls based on predefined quality standards.
  • Identify strengths, areas for improvement, and trends in sales conversations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales scripts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular call calibration sessions with sales teams and management.
  1. Sales Training & Coaching:
  • Provide detailed, constructive feedback to sales agents on call performance.
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs focused on objection handling, closing techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and group training workshops.
  • Design interactive role-playing exercises and real-time call coaching.
  1. Performance Improvement:
  • Analyze sales call data and conversion rates to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales scripts and strategies.
  • Work closely with team leads and managers to implement performance enhancement plans.
  • Track training effectiveness through KPI improvements and agent feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a quality assurance, sales coaching, or training role within telemarketing, call centers, or outbound sales (such as direct selling or consultative selling).
  • Ability to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required.
  • Familiarity with sales KPIs such as conversion rate, call handling time, and customer engagement.
  • Proven experience in sales quality assurance, sales coaching, or telemarketing.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, objection handling, and customer psychology.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess call quality and provide actionable feedback.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using QA tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics software is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct engaging training sessions and motivate sales teams.
