Location: Gdańsk/Warsaw (office presence required twice a week)

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? Strong knowledge of ISTQB standards and practical use of test levels and techniques Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Defect Life Cycle Ability to identify appropriate test levels and ensure adequate test coverage in test cases and scenarios Review and analysis of system specifications and requirements Experience working in an Agile environment, including regression testing Collaboration with Agile teams to create test strategies, estimates, and test plans Execution of test cases, analysis of test results, and defect reporting Cooperation with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC Confidence to challenge inefficient solutions and propose better alternatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with test management tools (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) Strong communication skills to work with developers, analysts, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in Java application testing
• Test automation experience
• SQL knowledge

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Testing Java-based solutions, including API testing
• Preparation of test scenarios and test cases
• Test data preparation
• Test planning and execution
• Test results analysis and defect reporting
• Execution of automated regression tests
• Requirements analysis and proactive clarification of unclear requirements
• Demonstrating leadership and ownership of testing activities
