Lead/perform on-site deployment, configuration, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of network solutions

5+ years in telecommunications systems, IP networks, IT field service or technical support

Implementation & Deployment
Lead and/or perform the implementation of communication system solutions and services that meet customer, end-user, and operator requirements.
Deploy, configure, commission, test, and troubleshoot systems and solutions on-site.
Conduct technical implementation assessments with end users and project teams.
Technical Support
Provide technical support for solution staging as needed.
Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues during project implementation.
Act as the focal point for issues raised during deployment and ensure resolution tracking.
Testing & Documentation
Perform on-site acceptance tests and coordinate technical aspects of acceptance testing.
Update technical documentation and manage technical changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure knowledge transfer between design and implementation teams and to the customer. Communication & Coordination
Attend customer meetings, provide status updates, and deliver project reports.
Interface with customers, partners, and subcontractors to ensure best practices during deployment.
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for integration and commissioning of third-party solutions.
Education: University degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field would be additional advantage
Experience min. 5 years in Telecommunication Systems, IP Transport Networks, IT, Field Service, or Technical Support.
Strong knowledge of IP Networks (Switches, Routers, Firewalls).
Familiarity with Operating Systems and Virtualization (Unix, Windows, VMware).
Good understanding of RF systems (Base Station TX/RX, Mobile/Portable Radio, RF test equipment).
Manual skills for field work (wiring, soldering, physical installation).
Certifications: CCNA, JNCIA (or higher) preferred; VMware and Red Hat Linux certifications are advantageous.
Other Requirements: • Valid driving license.
Willingness to travel up to 80% (domestic and international).
English level min. B2
