POSITION SUMMARY
CCNC is seeking an energetic, experienced and strategic Enterprise Quality Assurance Lead to lead and mature our overall quality assurance (QA) function. This role will be responsible for defining and implementing a robust, scalable data quality and QA strategy across the enterprise—including data testing, unit testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). The Enterprise Quality Assurance Lead will work cross-functionally with analytics, reporting and technology team members, and business stakeholders to ensure that quality is a core focus across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). This will also include working with CCNC’s vendors and other external stakeholders to ensure quality of data and systems performance across the board.
Key Responsibilities
- QA Strategy & Leadership
- Define and drive the enterprise-wide data quality strategy and roadmap.
- Establish best practices, standards, and governance for QA across teams.
- Help drive quality assurance in the build of new value-based tools and in data extraction & ingestion efforts
- Mentor and lead a matrixed team of engineers and testers (both manual and automated).
- Advocate for quality throughout the organization with a shift-left mindset where applicable.
- Play leading role in enterprise data governance efforts
- Testing Oversight

- Ongoing Data Quality efforts in conjunction with external partners and CCNC staff

- Unit Testing in collaboration with developers for internal CCNC builds.

- Integration and System Testing for cross-functional workflows including working with value-based care (VBC) vendors.

- Performance Testing as required to ensure scalability and stability.

- Data Testing, including data validation, ETL/ELT verification, and integrity checks across the different layers of the VBC platform including end reports and dashboards

- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by working with product owners and business users.

- Identify and implement tools and frameworks to support automated and manual testing.

- Collaborate with vendors, practices, engineering leads, product managers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure quality is integrated into every phase of development.

- Develop test plans, test cases, and QA metrics to measure and improve quality.

- Provide clear communication around QA timelines, risks, and defect management.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a QA leadership role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing QA strategies at an enterprise level.
- Strong knowledge of various testing methodologies (unit, functional, integration, performance, UAT).
- Experience with data testing and working with large data sets (SQL, ETL, data warehouses, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Postman, TestNG, JMeter, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a regulated or high-compliance industry (e.g., healthcare, finance).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS specific experience will be a plus).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and test-driven development (TDD/BDD).
WORKING CONDITIONS
