Role & seniority: Test Team Coordinator / Tech Lead responsible for leading testing operations, safety, and continuous improvement in a high-power environment.
Stack/tools: Electrical engineering focus; AC/DC power products; 3-phase electrical circuits; digital/electronic circuitry; standard electrical instruments; test equipment and automation systems; software/hardware troubleshooting; test reports in a system repository; SOJT and QEW safety protocols; UPS/Liebert product testing.
Ensure health, safety, and fit-for-purpose tools/equipment; oversee daily department activities; maintain records and verify test results.
Troubleshoot, diagnose faults, and assist with remedial actions; perform functional testing of automated test systems and Liebert products.
Provide training to test associates; communicate progress to Test Supervisors; recommend procedural changes; keep records and reports up-to-date.
Associate degree in electrical engineering or equivalent; 3–5 years of test engineering experience with electrical-based products.
Strong knowledge of AC power, DC batteries, 3-phase circuits, and digital/electronic circuitry.
Experience with electrical measurement tools; leadership and clear communication to guide technicians; problem-solving and self-direction.
Experience with automated test systems and software/hardware troubleshooting in testing environments.
