Role & seniority: Test Team Coordinator, mid-level to senior individual contributor; supports Test Supervisors and cross-functional teams.
Stack/tools: Electrical engineering focus; AC power and DC battery knowledge; 3-phase high-power circuits; digital/electronic circuitry; standard electrical instruments; test equipment; QA records systems; UPS/Liebert products; SOJT and QEW safety protocols.
Maintain safety, equipment readiness, and continuous test flow; oversee day-to-day department activities.
Verify test results, manage records/reports, and assist fault diagnosis/remedial actions.
Provide training to test associates, troubleshoot software/hardware in automated test systems, and recommend procedural improvements.
Associate degree in electrical engineering or equivalent; 3–5 years of test engineering experience with electrical-based products.
Deep knowledge of AC power, power distribution, 3-phase circuits, and digital/electronic circuitry.
Ability to use standard electrical instruments; leadership, clear communication, problem-solving, and self-direction.
Experience with automated test systems and software troubleshooting; experience with Liebert/UPS products; familiarity with SOJT processes and QA safety protocols.
