Role & seniority: QA Engineer, entry-level to mid (up to 2 years in testing)
Stack/tools: cloud-native B2B mortgage/savings platforms; manual testing; Azure DevOps or JIRA; Postman; basic test automation exposure (e.g., Selenium)
Collaborate with Product, Development, and stakeholders to define requirements, criteria, and test scope
Design, execute, review, and maintain manual test plans and cases; perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing
Identify, log, prioritise, and track defects to closure; validate UI/UX and perform basic API testing; support release validation; contribute to QA process improvements
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field; up to 2 years in software testing
Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC, QA processes, testing methodologies, and defect lifecycle
Hands-on manual testing, clear test case writing, test documentation, structured test execution
Experience with defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps or JIRA); basic automation exposure; API testing (Postman)
Analytical, problem-solving, strong communication, detail-oriented; comfortable in Agile teams
Basic automation tooling (e.g., Selenium) and scripting concepts
Deeper API testing experience; experience in test design techniques and QA process improvements
