Akkodis is seeking an Automation Engineer for a Contract with a client in New York, NY. Candidate must have strong expertise in automation engineering to lead scalable UI/API automation solutions and ensure high‑quality delivery.
Rate Range: $41/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Adobe Experience Manager Job Responsibilities Include
Lead the creation and enhancement of end‑to‑end automation solutions covering UI, API, and workflow automation. Define automation standards, reusable framework components, and code quality guidelines to improve engineering efficiency. Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines, enabling scheduled executions, reporting, and automated evidence collection. Conduct technical reviews, root‑cause investigations, and continuous improvements to strengthen automation stability and resilience. Collaborate with architects, QA teams, and product stakeholders to align automation initiatives with business and delivery goals. Oversee team mentoring, workload planning, and delivery governance to ensure consistent engineering excellence.
Required Qualifications
Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related technical field. 8–10 Years of experience required. Must have strong expertise in building automation frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript with UI/API automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, RestAssured, or Postman. Candidate must have proven capability to consolidate data, create management dashboards, define KPIs, and present automation outcomes to leadership.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $49.00 per hour
