Top 3 responsibilities

Investigate and verify product label compliance; collaborate with CWI product list, engineering, SQE, and suppliers to implement label requirements

Analyze Sales RMA and Amazon return data to identify top cost drivers and root causes; support corrective actions and warranty analysis

Complete vendor approval (PPAP) for label changes; monitor returns portals; compile/test finished products and assist engineering with special requests

This position reports to Lead Segment Product Quality Manager and will work in Dometic location Elkhart.

Quality Data Analysis and Improvements Sales RMA Data analysis to evaluate Good Will, Concealed Damage, Shipment Damage etc. filed returns to address, improve and take corrective actions as needed. Amazon Returns Data Analysis to understand the reasons of escalating warranty cost and area of improvements. Product Label Standardization for existing Products & Implementation Per Dometic Product Label Standard and Retail Customer Specific requirements, all Dometic products must meet the requirements.
Project Measurable
- Report Top 3 Sales RMA drivers by cost and claim reasons identified during Sales RMA and Amazon Return analysis to Segment quality and PD engineering for resolution.
- Complete the implementation of Product label Standardization- CWI Product List
Your Main Responsibilities
Investigate and evaluate all the existing products that are being sold to verify if they meet product label requirements. Work with CWI Dometic Product list, Engage Engineering team, SQE team and the supplier to implement the new requirements of product labels. Complete Vendor approval process (PPAP) for this change Monitor Amazon Return Portal Daily ,Weekly and report to Segment Quality. Evaluate and Analyze Sales RMA Returns and Amazon returns including final disposition of claim. Interact with quality group as required. Tests and inspects finished products returned. Compiles and documents data. Assist Engineering Dept with special requests; testing and/or repairing items to regain functionality. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor. Provide input and assistance in warranty analysis activities performed by Segment Quality-Engineering team. May enter data into computer systems for analysis and updating of database.

The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualifications and experiences
Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with Failure Mode Analysis Quality certifications (preferred) Data analysis (preferred) Ability to analyze the Warranty issues using Quality tools like 8D, 5 Why etc.
