As the Enterprise Quality Assurance Analyst Assistant , you will learn to support the Quality Assurance Bureau through all the phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including system design , development testing , and implementation. You’ll gain knowledge of testing best practices, perform analytical IT studies , and conduct application testing using testing tools. This role offers hands on experience collaborating with subject matter experts and IT Partners to troubleshoot defects , develop and execute test scripts , and implement quality system changes. Our team drives creative IT solutions to modernize FTB technical environment , and we are seeking someone eager to learn , take the initiative , and work effectively (in teams settings) within the Software Engineering Domain.

Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience in presenting information in class, work, or volunteer setting Knowledge of test scripts, scenarios , following directions Knowledge of SQL Server Experience with designated productivity tools to plan, schedule, and complete assigned work successfully Experience with personal computers and the Microsoft Office 365 including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and Teams Experience Windows based operating systems Ability to work in both a team environment and independently Able to work 20+ hours per week Able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy Able to be flexibility and maintain a positive outlook Analytical skills and the ability to think logically and creatively Display integrity, initiative, dependability, tact, good judgm ent, and courtesy Strong written and verbal communication skills
