Experience with machine learning or statistical modeling applied to real-world datasets is an asset. Demonstrated technical expertise in active optical & electromagnetic components. Ability to take initiative in your tasks and ask meaningful questions. Team guidance skills. Strong, persistent troubleshooting and debugging skills. Good understanding of test plans, test execution, and bug reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
