What you'll do

You’ll be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and validating complex electro-mechanical assemblies in a box build environment. You’ll work closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering to ensure products meet functional, performance, and reliability requirements before shipment.

The day-to-day

Execute functional, system-level, and final test procedures on box build assemblies Perform failure analysis and troubleshooting to the component, board, or system level Document test results, defects, and corrective actions in MES / quality systems Provide feedback to engineering on test coverage, yield, and design-for-testability Assist in maintaining and improving test procedures, work instructions, and fixtures Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to drive first-pass yield improvements

What you'll need

2+ years of experience as a Test Technician in a manufacturing or box build environment Hands-on experience with functional testing and system bring-up Familiarity with test equipment Experience in troubleshooting hardware issues at the system and sub-assembly level Comfortable working in a production environment with build schedules and priorities Strong documentation and communication skills

Salary range

$27.4 - $43.03 / hourly. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $33.89 - $50.72/ hourly
