Role & seniority: Senior Quality/Process Engineer (quality leadership focused on continuous improvement)

Stack/tools: Quality tools and problem-solving methodologies; SAP; Windows/MS Office; familiarity with ISO/quality standards; Yokoten practices

Top 3 responsibilities

  • Lead problem-solving teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions

  • Manage SMT Plant-to-Plant (P2P) processes and ensure process conformity

  • Follow up on internal/external audits, participate in sample production phases with project managers, and verify compliance with standards

Must-have skills

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication, leadership, and influencing abilities

  • Proactive, autonomous, results-oriented with ability to work under pressure

  • Proficiency in quality tools and problem-solving methodologies

Your contribution to something big

  • Manage quality topics by identifying weaknesses in the processes and products;

  • Promote Continuous Improvement with a strong focus on Quality and Customer satisfaction;

  • Lead Problem Solving teams for quality issues;

  • Manage the SMT Plant-to-Plant (P2P) process;

  • Follow up on internal and external customer and supplier audits;

  • Actively participate in the sample production phase with project managers;

  • Make complex analysis and follow up measures, with the development, Center of Competences and internal teams;

  • Perform process confirmations and propose improvements;

  • Ensure compliance with standards and procedures;

  • Identify best practices and promote yokoten implementation;

  • Ensure Operators work according to work instructions and standards.
