Role & seniority: Test Center Administrator (entry-to-mid level), part-time; reports to Test Center Manager.
Stack/tools: Windows-based environment; MS Office (Outlook, Explorer), general computer/IT proficiency; ability to use standard test-center tools and tracking/docs.
Verify candidate identification and conduct required security checks; monitor exams to uphold test integrity.
Greet examinees, provide a fair and comfortable testing experience, and address issues with urgency.
Maintain secure test-center environment and materials; document/report incidents per company guidelines.
1+ year in customer service (in-person settings) and professional communication.
Ability to multi-task, write clear reports, and handle basic equipment/shipping tasks.
HS diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old; comfortable with Windows-based software.
College experience; prior experience in testing centers, retail, hospitality, or call-center roles.
Location & work type: Charlotte, NC; part-time position (20 hours/week) with variable schedule; site open Mon–Sat 7am–6pm; Saturday availability required; occasional evenings; schedules provided two weeks in advance.

Schedule: Site may be open Monday through Saturday 7am to 6pm. Saturday availability required. Occasional evening hours required. Possible, Sunday hours. Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts any day - Monday through Saturday - between the hours of 7am and 10:00 pm. Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling. This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such, 20 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed. Schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
