Role & seniority: Automation/QA Engineer, mid-senior (5–8 years experience)
Stack/tools: Software automation; test planning and execution; design/maintain automated testing tools and frameworks; Agile delivery; backend/database programming; documentation per WIPRO standards; focus on reusable libraries across stacks
Design, implement, and extend automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing; develop test plans and cases
Build and maintain the automation framework and reusable libraries; track defects and ensure coverage of requirements (functional/non-functional)
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and SMEs to define acceptance criteria, enable continuous deployment, and ensure clear documentation and communication
