Role & seniority: Software QA Tester (seniority not explicitly stated)
Stack/tools: VR hardware/software; game engines (Unreal, Unity, VBS or similar); graphics/3D rendering pipelines; Jira (issue tracking); Confluence (preferred); automation scripting (preferred)
Design and execute test plans for real-world, large-scale, networked simulation environments; stress/graphics/multi-user testing
Validate new features with developers and identify issues before customers see them
Log, track, and communicate issues in Jira; support client demos, trade shows, and customer visits
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Game Development, or related field (or equivalent hands-on testing of complex distributed environments)
Strong understanding of VR, game engines, and 3D rendering pipelines
Experience testing graphics-heavy applications (Unreal/Unity/VBS or similar)
Curious, exploratory mindset and excellent communication
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and scripting
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira/Confluence
Prior DoD/US Government-contract testing experience and knowledge of acceptance/verification workflows
Experience creating installation instructions, operator manuals, or student training materials
Prior military experience

What YOU Will Do You will join a team of talented engineers working across multiple projects to develop and execute test plans for complex simulation systems. You’ll work hands‑on in our Orlando labs, testing immersive experiences across VR headsets, motion devices, and distributed simulation networks.
Ideally: contribute to installation instruction development, operator manual creation, and assisting with student training.
