Role & seniority: Service Delivery Manager (SDM), senior/lead level with 12+ years in Test Management and extensive team leadership.
Stack/tools: Quality engineering and testing tools; automation understanding (hands-on automation a nice-to-have); collaboration with offshore/onshore governance and PMO tools for resourcing and reporting.
Lead and support all delivery across projects and capabilities on the account; ensure high-quality deliverables.
Drive continuous improvements aligned to strategic roadmaps; manage stakeholder updates on progress, issues, and risks.
Collaborate with offshore/onshore management, maintain offshore governance, and increase offshore visibility; support Account Directors/Managers.
12+ years in Test Management; excellent communication.
People management to lead large teams; strong client management with service focus.
Automation experience (hands-on capability a plus); ability to manage multiple clients with quality focus.
Location & work type: Australia & New Zealand; client-facing delivery role with offshore/onshore collaboration (hybrid/onsite and offshore governance as applicable).
