Role & seniority: Onsite Test Lead (QA Lead), 10β14 years in QA leadership; enterprise/managed services experience; client-facing ownership.
Stack/tools: Salesforce; Web Automation; Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA); Performance testing; Functional/regression testing; Automation frameworks (Selenium-Java); offshore/onshore delivery coordination; LTMs managed services model.
Own end-to-end QA delivery for the client platform (functional/regression, automation, accessibility, performance) and release readiness.

Drive QA governance, coordinate with offshore QA, track risks/assumptions/dependencies, ensure standards and transparency.

Location - Onsite - Boston
Role Overview
The Onsite Test Lead will act as the primary QA owner and clientfacing representative for the program responsible for endtoend quality governance test strategy execution stakeholder management and coordination between client teams and offshore QA teams
The role requires deep domain understanding of client platforms strong leadership and ownership of overall QA outcomes across releases
Key Responsibilities
QA Leadership Ownership
Own endtoend QA delivery for the client platform including functional regression automation accessibility and performance testing tracks
Define and maintain test strategy scope and execution plans aligned with sprint and release schedules
Ensure release readiness and quality signoff before production deployments
Should have knowledge in Salesforce Web Automation Accessibility and Performance testing
Should be able to put hands on to the application testing activities
Client Stakeholder Management
Serve as the single point of contact SPOC for QA with stakeholders for the program
Represent QA in client Agile ceremonies including
Sprint planning
Sprint demos and walkthroughs
Defect triage and release reviews
Actively engage with client SMEs on priorities roadmap discussions and risk mitigation
Governance Coordination
Drive QA governance using LTMs managed services model ensuring transparency metrics and adherence to standards
Coordinate closely with offshore QA leads and teams to ensure alignment knowledge transfer and execution efficiency
Track risks assumptions dependencies and constraints as defined in SOWs and raise issues proactively
Quality Engineering Enablement
Guide and review testing across multiple tracks
Functional integration testing
Automation regression
Accessibility testing WCAG 21 AA
Performance testing
Support modernization initiatives including automation acceleration regression optimization and CICD enablement
Mandatory Skills Qualifications
10 -14 years of experience in QA Test Leadership roles
Proven experience as an Onsite Test Lead or QA Lead in enterprise or managed services engagements
Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and enterprise QA governance
Handson exposure review oversight level to
Functional regression testing
Automation frameworks
Accessibility testing
Performance testing
Excellent clientfacing communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead distributed onsiteoffshore delivery models
Good to Have
Experience working under formal SOW based engagements with clearly defined deliverables and SLAs
Familiarity with LTM QA accelerators governance frameworks and metricsdriven delivery
