Role & seniority: Senior QA/QA Lead (owns test strategy and test governance; leads onshore and offshore QA teams)

Define and own the overall test strategy, plans, and execution methodology for Life and Health insurance apps
Lead and manage onshore and offshore QA teams to meet quality, schedule, and cost commitments
Oversee diverse testing (functional, integration, regression, UAT, end-to-end); drive defect management and risk mitigation; report status to senior stakeholders
Must-have skills: Functional testing, System testing, Regression testing, SIT testing
Nice-to-haves: Domain experience in Life and Health insurance (policy administration, claims, billing/payments, underwriting/enrollment); experience aligning testing with regulatory requirements; test automation adoption and governance; mentoring/coaching of QA teams
